Can we do it justice? I certainly think so. Two Temple Place is a dazzling neo-Gothic gem on Victoria Embankment commissioned by and built for the then richest man in the world, William Waldorf Astor in the 1890s.
I wouldn’t say we are working on a project on these premises, more starting a relationship with the building.
A well managed building will find a reputable and reliable electrical contractor and stick with them. This is what is happening here.
The reason for this is mainly because the contractor will get to know and understand every detail about the building, which puts them in a strong position to provide solutions when problems arise.
We are starting with an EICR, emergency lighting testing, labelling of accessories and some minor repairs as we find them.
We are also forming a five year upgrade plan which will include some new switchgear, and some new lighting projects.
It’s a great new relationship!
