    Please note we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to re-schedule, please give us more than 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed start time or missed entirely are subject to a one-hour labour charge of £80 plus VAT, and where applicable pre-booked parking and/or vehicle charges, and in cases where materials have been preordered there will be a fixed charge of £25. By submitting this form you agree to these additional terms.

    Names and address(es) provided will be used on the invoices and certificates if not requested otherwise. Changes requested post-certificate issue will incur an admin charge for amendment and reissue, and please note that certification is chargeable and may be carried out offsite, taking approximately 1 hour.

    If you may be late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We may wait for up to 15 minutes, but once we have left the site, the appointment will be considered cancelled.

    Make a booking or enquiry

    If you require an electrician in Islington and the enquiry you have is urgent then please just call the hotline on 0207 206 2635. At present we don’t operate a 24 hour service and may not be able to respond to your enquiry right away, but we will do the best we can. If the enquiry is not urgent then please enter all the information above and we will aim to respond within 24 hours. If the job in question may take several days to complete (contractual) then we would most likely visit site and provide a quotation. Examples of this work may be complete domestic rewires or office fit-outs. If the job in question may only take several hours to complete (maintenance) then we will give you an estimate of time and material cost to carry out the work. Examples of this work may be electrical faults or installing light fittings. It's simply not worthwhile for us to do on-site quotations for small jobs, we could have probably completed the work by the time a quotation is provided!

    Once you provide us with your details we will contact you (typically by phone) and discuss the work to be done. We will provide an estimate. When we carry out the work we will do so efficiently and responsibly with minimum disruption.

    Schedules

    You may need to leave for work early in the morning and require us to visit at 8am to run through a job. Providing you are happy to leave us with keys then we can carry out the work and leave an invoice and the keys at your property once complete.

    Flexible? You may be able to work from home? If you book a visit first thing in the morning then we can almost guarantee that we will arrive on time (London’s roads can be unpredictable!). Our maintenance engineers often carry out four small jobs per day thus depending on how these jobs go we may be delayed, and may struggle to get to you on time. It is a strict company policy that if we are likely to arrive more than 30 minutes late for an appointment then we will call you to let you know.

    We understand that you too have a busy schedule, and it’s very annoying when people simply let you down. We are extremely proud of our service. Put simply, we must work together as contractor and client to achieve what we set out to do.
